Our aim is to free up your personal time or give you more hours in the day to dedicate to your own work life and career. No task is too big or too small. From helping you move home to just doing some basic errands.... that's what we are here for.
Janine Azern worked for many years in busy organisational roles in the film and entertainment industry where multi-tasking and taking care of peoples needs went hand in hand.
With a passion for getting things done Janine found herself being asked for help by individuals in her work and personal life who didn't have time to do those things for themselves. Janine realised that many people needed an extra pair of hands so as a result The List Blitzer was formed.
Janine works for people in and out of the public eye and discretion for all clients is paramount.
The List Blitzer's clients needs and wants vary depending on their lifestyles. It is usual however for people to require the same sort of things. After all, everyone has a to do list that they want to get ta'done!
The majority of our clients are in Hampstead, Belsize Park, St Johns Wood, Primrose Hill, Maida Vale and Little Venice but we also look after people in other areas.
Examples of clients include:
An initial complimentary consultation (if within the London area) would take place over the phone or face to face to talk through what needs doing and what you would like to achieve. All activity will be executed in the clients home or The List Blitzer's office, to be decided between both parties.
Short Term Help - Half Days or Full Days; Some clients only require short term help to get a few things done that for them take priority. Errands, food shops, returning calls and returning items can often help people feel like they are back on track. Dedicated dates can also be booked in advance if you know you will require help on a specific date for something such as a house move or an event.
Monthly Help - Organisational help on a regular basis over the course of a month is also available. A minimum of 10 hours a month can be purchased in advance to be used up across the calendar month it is purchased in.
Ongoing Help - Some clients like to know we are here to keep things off their 'to do' list on more of a permanent basis. In this instance total number of hours spent working for a client will be invoiced along with expenses at the end of each month.
